The Meadows is a registered Charitable Trust and as such is required to have trustees. Trustees are responsible for administering the church in all financial and legal aspects.

Hayden resides in Te Horo with his wife Kate and new baby daughter. He currently works for the Bank of New Zealand's Business Banking team which suits his disposition for numbers and working with people. He enjoys going to the gym and anything to do with sports, particularly cricket and rugby. |

Neil is married to Wendy and has 3 children, he feels blessed with a great wife and family and being part of a dynamic church with awesome people. They have been part of the Meadows since 1991. Neil was in the telecommunications industry for many years and now runs a vibrant IT business. He is very partial to outdoor interests such as running, biking, golfing and sailing. He loves the local church and enjoys being part of a team.

David is married to Lyn with adult children and many grandchildren. He loves and passionately believes in the local church. He worked for many years in the building industry running his own joinery business. He has since trained as a Counsellor through BCNZ and now works for the Meadows Church as Administrator.
David has been instrumental in the land development and project management of building the present facilities. To date 13 of the 20 hectares given to the church have been developed. He is also the Administrator for New Life Churches International. |

James, his wife Annette and their 2 kids Gracie and Drew love being a part of the Meadows Church. Living in Te Horo they attend the service at the Otaki Campus and during the week are running their own business Kiss and Bake Up bakery/cafes in Otaki and Waikanae. James is also deputy chair of the Otaki Community Board and in his spare time loves spending time with his family or sometimes hunting, fishing and likes anything to do with motorsport. |

Adam has been in full-time ministry for 19 years, ten of which were spent in India. He is married to Anita, and they have 3 children. |

Peter and Margot came to live in Waikanae late in 2006, and became part of the Meadows church at that time. They had been part of the Lower Hutt AOG for 22 years, and Elders there for 17 years. Both of them completed bible school and Peter was ordained an AOG Pastor in 1997. They were house group leaders for some 20 years, as well as being involved in prison ministry at Rimutaka prison for 3 years, and inaugural leaders of Drug ARM Wellington for 6 years. |
