Helen leads worship ministry here at the Meadows. Much energy, time and passion is thrown into this exciting role. She is focused on bringing worship to the house of God that lifts up the name of Jesus! With a thriving team of musicians and singers who stand with her to lead the way in praise and worship. Ian is a passionate preacher with a heart for the nation’s having led mission teams to India and Africa. Ian also leads M.B.A (Meadows Business Association) helping our business people reach their full potential.

Pastors Victor and Sandra have a desire to inspire and equip anyone who is willing to give their life to God, through Jesus Christ. They met on the mission field in Madrid, Spain. Victor a Filipino American and Sandra a kiwi. Together with their 3 children they have worked in Spain, New York City and England, in both church planting and ministering in recovery communities for drug addicts and alcoholics etc. Their accumulated experience has compelled them to see an effective local church raised up in Otaki whose people are inspired to win the lost. |

Neil provides assistance to Ps Adam in the daily running of the church. He is responsible for the coordination of our major events & the production of our weekly services. He is a member of the preaching team and has a heart to see people reach their full potential in Christ. Neil can be found most Tuesday mornings leading prayer. |

John and Julie travel the world strengthening churches and ministers. John is a member of the New Life Churches Apostolic Leadership Team and brings many years of ministry experience to the table. |

Christine loves working with children of all ages building a solid foundation in their lives of God's word and His love. Through her leadership, children learn that it is fun to be in God's house not only on Sundays but right throughout the week with a wide variety of action filled programs. She is passionate about impacting the community through effective outreach, equipping teams and raising up leaders in the house. |
David is actively involved in the day to day running of the church and the management of systems and processes.
Miriam is the church's main contact point and while she is fairly new in this position she is quickly gaining a wealth of knowledge on what is happening, when and who to contact for what. She also acts as Ps Adam's personal assistant.
