All children in both Kapiti and Otaki Campases aged 3 to 13 years of age will receive the same teaching theme at an age appropriate level on the same day. We are using Willow Creek material this year.
Kapiti
One hour programmes run exclusively for the following ages:
0-2 years, 3-4 years, 5-6 years, 7-10 years, 11-13 years
Nursery 0 - 2 Years
Nursery is for 0-2 year olds. We have a very high caregiver to child ratio. You can register your child from 10am onwards. For toddlers morning tea of sandwiches and plain biscuits is served. Any child with food allergies will wear a special name tag. The nursery is located in the field side of the 3PM building. Please access the nursery by walking through the car park rather than walking through auditorium 2.
3 - 4 Year Old Program
From 10am 3 and 4 year olds can be registered at the 3PM Hall (road side entrance to building). They will enjoy their own age appropriate worship program, bible story and discussion, craft, related DVD, morning tea and free play. We are using Willow Creek material this year which will lay a fabulous foundation. Parents must collect their children immediately after the service ends.
5 - 7 Year Old Program
5 to 7 year olds will be in the main worship service standing with their parents. (Please let children stand beside you in the aisle or in front of you so that there are enough seats for the adults). Straight after worship children will be released from the front and will walk with their teachers to the 3PM hall (road side). They will be registered and will enjoy morning tea and fun interactive foundational teaching using Willow Creek material.
Parent must collect their children immediately after the service ends.
8 - 13 Year Old Program
8 to 13 year olds register from 10am in auditorium 2. They will then be taken through to the main worship service standing with their Club X leaders at the front right hand stage area. Children will be released from the front at the end of worship and will go through to auditorium 2 where they will enjoy an interactive creative teaching program using Willow Creek material.
One hour programmes run exclusively for 0-4 and 5-12 years.

Nursery is for 0-2 year olds and is supervised from the end of worship. We have a high caregiver to child ratio. For toddlers morning tea consisting of sandwiches and mini biscuits is served. Any child with food allergies will wear a special name tag. The nursery is located in the supper room adjoining the main church hall. Please collect children promptly at the end of the service.
3 - 5 Year Old Program
Children join their parents for worship in the main service. They will then walk with their teachers and the older children to the Senior Citizens Hall.
They will enjoy their own age appropriate program including bible stories, puppets, discussion, craft, related DVD. Children will be served morning tea consisting of sandwiches and mini biscuits. We are using Willow Creek material this year which will lay a fabulous foundation.
At 11.40am Club X teachers will walk the children together back to the Memorial Hall.
6 - 13 Year Old Program
Children join their parents for worship in the main service. They will then walk with their Club X teachers and the younger children to the Senior Citizens Hall. They will enjoy their own age appropriate program including bible stories, life stories and testimonies, discussion, craft, related DVD. We are using Willow Creek material this year which will lay a fabulous foundation. Children will enjoy earning Club X points which can be redeemed at the Club X shop at the end of the morning with a variety of yummy treats on offer. At 11.40am Club X teachers will walk the children together back to the Memorial Hall.
